Have just spoken to an agent who inform me that my HP Envy 5020 is now out of date and now my printer does not work after me trying for several hours trying all things but get this Hp are still taking money from my account despite the printer no longer working just find this a total disgrace and so I have canceled my subscription very very poor from HP discontinues a printer but still takes your money for ink that will not work your printer

I’m really sorry for the trouble you’re facing. The ink subscription is billed monthly, and it continues even if your printer is no longer working, since the subscription is tied to ink delivery, not the printer's functionality.

 

If your printer is no longer supported or working, you can cancel the subscription.
