HP ENVY 5030 DON'T RECOGNIZE THE CARTRIDGE
Hi my printer just starting not recognizing the cartrige. it starts the printing and the eject the paper afret one inch is printed
Then it appear this message: "remove and reinstall the cartridge (both) and be sure it is well installed. If this message appears again change the cartridge"
but I have done this several times (including the replacement of the cartridge with new ones all original) and it still doesn't works
can anyone help me please?

@MOCA1 We have a few steps that should help resolve this issue:
Step 1: Verify the cartridge numbers
Make sure the cartridge numbers match your printer and where the country/region the printer was purchased.
Go to HP Store and verify the cartridge numbers for your printer model and country/region. Replace any incompatible cartridges.
Step 2: Reset the printer
Reset the printer to recover from printer failures.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the power source.
Wait 60 seconds.
Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE:
HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
