We bought a second hand HP ENVY 5032 which arrived today. The printer had 2 x instant ink's (colour 65/304 and b/w 65/304), printed a colour page once, however, once connected to the network it would not allow us to use the instant ink's that arrived with the printer. We have now swapped the instant ink carts over to standard 304 colour and b/w carts, however, it will now print the black and white and not the colour.
I have updated the firmware on the printer, checked the ink levels (which are ok) and checked all of the available settings which all seem ok. When using the printer, it simply does not print the colour sections. The printer did print a single colour page before it was connected up to the network therefore I believe this is not an issue with the printer itself.
Can you help? thank you.

Hi @DAS1234,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are unable to print in color.
To assist better-
1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -
Load the printer with plain white paper.
On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup
.
Touch Tools, and then touch Clean Cartridges.
Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer - Print Quality Issues
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
