Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra
Hope you can help. It appears I have a defective tri colour cartridge. It continually comes up that the cartridge needs to be removed and installed again.
I have followed all the support procedures, such as reseting the printer, updating firmware, cleaning all contact points. Putting printer into single cartridge mode (Which works fine on black)
It last printed in colour on Christmas day and now this error will not clear..
How do I request a new colour cartridge from instant ink?
