HP ENVY 7855 PHOTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I received my first supply of Instant Ink for my HP Envy 7855 Photo Printer and the cartridges are too large to fit into my printer.  The extra length on the front will not go down far enough to slide into the hole where it is supposed to go.  Is there a way to get direct replacements of the original cartridge?

OK.  I'm going to fess up and say that I am an IDIOT!  Hopefully it will help someone else to let you know that I was trying to put the dang thing in BACKWARDS.  It's amazing how, if you turn the cartridge around, it goes right in!  <<<sigh>>>
