HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was able to print one page. Then my  HP ENVY 5055 disconnected from the hotspot. I got a message to reinstall, then to change the way i was connecting then a prompt  with message "this printer is no longer eligible for HP InstantInk""

 

Please can anyone help.

I see that your facing issues with connecting the printer to instant ink on mobile hotspot.

 

Please note that you need to connect the printer to wi-fi router as it will not work on mobile hotspot.
