HP Envy 4527 cartridge error

My printer has suddenly stopped working.  The message showing an error with the black cartridge, same one I’ve been using and is a genuine HP cartridge.  Can anyone help please?  I have cleaned the contacts, I have removed and nstalled the cartridge over 20 times.  I have switched it off and let it stand for 60 secs or more and the printer is still saying the black cartridge needs to be re installed.  I have changed to a fresh new cartridge with no success :(.  Thanks

I understand the black ink cartridge is not working. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

Use HP ink cartridges.

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error

 

If the error persists even after replacing the ink cartridge, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options for the printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
