My HP Envy 5014 printer just started printing very light. I am missing all lines when printing plain black text and the color pages are very light. I use instant ink and the color shows full and the black ink is about 1/3 full. I've run diagnostics and run print head cleaning and alignment a couple of times. I'm still using the first set of ink cartridge sent to me back in 2020.
