I’ve had my printer over a year used it a few times but has been off for a few months(Not WiFi connected) so the instant ink enrolment has ceased and I need to reconnect .

how do I get this done as the printer just says need to enrol on instant ink etc 

I currently can’t print .

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

First, the printer should be connected to the Internet for the Instant Ink service to work on the printer.

To know how to connect the printer to the wireless network, click here.

 

If the printer is connected to the Internet and you are still not able to print using the Instant Ink cartridges, perform the steps from this document.

 

To know how to enroll the printer(If not already enrolled), kindly refer to this document.
