Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Instant ink sent me a cartridge for my Envy 5055 that was the wrong size, much bigger than the old one, The old one was 65/304, the one they sent me says 63/302, 65/304 but it's much bigger and doesn't fit. What's up with that?

@Gator16, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand the replacement Instant Ink cartridges are bigger than the previous ones. Yes, Instant Ink cartridges are bigger and designed to fit in the printer.

Did you try installing them? Do you get any errors?

Check if the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
