I've been trying to print something off my printer for days. Even when I print a quality report, status report, anything. It prints completely blank. The printer is brand new and I'm not understanding why it's not printing. I've done everything I can. What's wrong? What do I need to do?

@CayleyH, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand the printer is printing blank pages. Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Make sure the protective plastic tape from the new ink cartridges is removed before inserting them into the printer.
Update the printer firmware
Go to Setup > Tools > Update the printer > Check now
Check the estimated ink levels
On the printer control panel, touch the Ink icon to display the current estimated ink levels.
Clean the ink cartridges
-
On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup
.
-
Touch Tools, and then touch Clean Cartridges.
-
If the print quality is unacceptable, touch Yes when prompted to perform the next level of cleaning.
-
NOTE: If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes before you perform both levels of cleaning again.
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report
-
On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup
.
-
Touch Tools.
-
Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.
