I cancelled my HP Instant Ink subscription about a month ago and HP disconnected my printer from the Internet (which really annoys me to begin with). So, I reenrolled about a week ago but still cannot reconnect to the Internet to print anything. I already have HP Instant Ink cartridges in my printer. I find the HP Instant Ink website to be absolutely useless.

@sscr101615, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Internet Connectivity Issues with HP Instant Ink!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you're experiencing with your HP Envy 6052. Here are some steps to help resolve the issues with your printer's connectivity and Instant Ink enrollment:
Check Printer Enrollment:
- Ensure that your printer is correctly re-enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program. You can check the status by logging into your HP Instant Ink account.
Ensure an Active Internet Connection:
- Verify that your printer is connected to Wi-Fi. The blue wireless light on the printer should be solid and not blinking.
Reconnect Printer to the Internet:
- If your printer is not connecting, try turning both the printer and router off, then back on. Once they restart, attempt to connect your printer to the Wi-Fi again. More detailed instructions can be found in the HP printer setup guide.
Confirm Web Services are Active:
- Web Services must be activated for HP Instant Ink to work. Go to HP Printers - Turn On Web Services for guidance on enabling this feature.
Update Payment Information:
- If there are issues with your payment, it might affect your printer's ability to use Instant Ink cartridges. Update your payment details in your HP Instant Ink account.
Check for Firmware Updates:
- Make sure your printer firmware is up to date. HP regularly releases new updates that may resolve connectivity issues. Visit HP Support for firmware update instructions.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
