I am having problems with my colour cartridge, from HP through my Instant Ink subscription saying the following;

 

Cartridge Problem
Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. 
If this message continues to appear, replace the indicated cartridge.

 

I have tried troubleshooting online, resetting the printer by unplugging the power cable, cleaning cartridges, replacing both colour and black cartridges, even calling HP but cannot even connect to hold for them.
Every online live chat support seems to be for the USA

 

I am at my wits end. I am trying to run a home business and this is putting me back. 

Can anyone please help? ☹️
