Try to print from laptop and get the OFFLINE message, although the blue online lamp is showing on printer. And from my smartphone (android) says printer not available.

I switch off printer and on again cures the problem, but this happens virtually every morning, the printer is left on overnight as required by instant ink.

The printer can support either 2.4GHz or 5GHz, but not at the same time.


Add this to your check points:


If you are running a dual band network (both 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies), make sure the printer is connected to the SSID named network for the frequency you want the printer to use.


You can also consider assigning a manual / static IP address to prevent the router from bouncing the printer connection when using DHCP.
