HP+ Error

Hi There,

I bought an HP DeskJet 2722e and when i tied to enrol it in hp+ it said my printer wasn't able to use hp+ for some reason even though it says i can get it on the box (See pic below) 

Please Help

I understand you are looking for free Instant Ink months. Did you activate HP+ while the printer setup?

Click here for more info. The 6 months will be credited if you opted for HP+

Once enrolled, the free months will automatically be credited to your Instant Ink account.
