Hi, I recently activated an HP paper subscription for my HP Instant Ink account. When the paper arrived and I unpacked it, I realized that about half of the paper was unusable. The stack of paper is dented at two corners, so that about half of it (approx. 250 sheets) is damaged. Now I can't simply throw the paper away or use it elsewhere because this paper is part of my subscription. It would then be charged incorrectly and I wouldn't get a refill in time.
What can I do? Will I be sent another packet of paper? How can this be resolved? I can show you photos of the damage. I have taken photos.

Hallo ich habe kürzlich ein HP Papier Abo aktiviert für mein HP Instant Ink Account. Als das Papier ankam und ich es ausgepackt habe musste ich feststellen das ca. die Hälfte des Papier unbrauchbar ist. An Zwei Ecken ist der Papierstapel eingedrückt, sodass bei gut der Hälfte (ca 250 Blatt) diese Beschädigung vorhanden ist. Nun ist es so, dass ich nicht einfach Papier wegwerfen kann oder anderweitig verwenden kann, weil dieses Papier Teil meines Abos ist. Es würde dann falsch berechnet werden und ich bekomme nicht rechtzeitig Nachschub.

Was kann ich tun? Bekomme ich nochmal ein Paket Papier zugesendet? Wie kann das gelöst werden? Ich kann gerne Fotos der Beschädigung zeigen. Ich habe Fotos gemacht.
