Hi there, I’m trying to change my the email address I use to sign into the HP Instant Ink account but I always get the error: A system error occurred while saving your account information.
Please try again. 

What can I do to change my email address?

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you want to change the email address on the HP instant ink account, follow these steps to fix the issue.

  1. Sign in to your HP Instant Ink account.

    • If HP Smart is listed at the top of the menu, click Account > Account Profile in the left menu. Make the desired updates, and then click Apply Changes.

    • If HP Smart is not listed, click My Account in the left menu, and then click Account Settings > Edit Account Information. Make the desired updates, and then click Save.

  2. A confirmation email is sent to your new email address. Open the confirmation email, and then click Confirm email address.
