Hi @Leigh68

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

To consolidate your printers into one HP Instant Ink account and close the other account, follow these steps:

1. Determine the Primary Account

Decide which HP Instant Ink account you want to keep. Ensure this account is active and has the subscription plan that suits all the printers you want to move.

2. Remove Printers from the Secondary Account

Log in to the HP Instant Ink account you no longer want to use: HP Instant Ink Login: Here's the login link -  https://instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en

Select each printer associated with this account.

Look for an option like Cancel Enrollment or Remove Printer to unlink the printer from this account.

Note: Cancelling enrollment may cause Instant Ink cartridges tied to the secondary account to stop working, so have replacement cartridges ready.

3. Add Printers to the Primary Account

Log in to the HP Instant Ink account you’re keeping. Here's the login link -  https://instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en

Click Add a Printer and follow the setup instructions to enroll the printers from the secondary account.

You may need to re-enter printer details, connect them to your network, and complete the enrollment process.

4. Cancel the Secondary Account

Once all printers are removed, you can cancel the unwanted account:

Log in to the secondary account.

Navigate to Account Settings and look for an option to cancel the subscription. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.

5. Check and Test Setup

Print a test page from each printer to ensure they are correctly enrolled in the primary account.

Replace any non-functional Instant Ink cartridges with ones associated with the active account, if necessary.

If this solution hits the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day!

Take care, and have an amazing day!

Regards,
