HI,

 

I'm having this 'Cartridge Problem' for days now but simply can't get any of the help to work.

 

I'm subscribed to Instant Ink, but can't seem to find any way to contact support.

 

It appears to be an issue with the Black Cartridge but having tried everything it's frustrating

 

Can someone please help.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the cartridge error on your Envy Photo 6234 printer.  If the steps there do not resolve the issue the document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.

Hi I have tried the steps in the trouble shooting document but no luck

 

I have now contacted HP Support through their Whatsapp link .. asking for a replacement Black cartridge
