Envy 4502
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I have an HP Envy 4502 with HP Instant Ink.

 

After printing something earlier today I get the following message: “Ink Cartridge(s) problem, The following ink cartridge must be replaced."

 

I have used the Virtual Assistant and followed their suggestions/recommendations but I’m just going round and round in circles.

 

I’ve cleaned the cartridge, turned printer off/on. unplugged it and plugged back in again.

 

I find it frustrating that there seems to be no easy way to order a replacement instant ink cartridge.

 

This is quite serious because I need to print invoices for my business which I am not able to do.

 

Any assistance is appreciated.
