Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Instant Ink. Check out this link: HP INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER. .

I signed up for your HP Instant Ink service, which was more than adequate for my printing needs. However, I encountered an issue when the blue ink started blocking my printer head. After trying to clean it three times, it cleared up temporarily. Unfortunately, when my wife needed to print colored sheets for a next-day presentation, the printer was not working. She had to buy a new printer immediately, which was not an HP. As a result, I decided to cancel my Instant Ink subscription.

Unexpectedly, I continued receiving ink cartridges. I was informed that my service would end on 15/05/2024, so I thought nothing more of it. However, when I tried to continue printing in black ink using the two fresh cartridges I had, the printer indicated that I could not use them because I was no longer on contract. This was surprising and frustrating.

Considering that I paid for these cartridges, I believe I should be entitled to use them until they are depleted or at least have a 60-day window to do so. Can you allow me to use the cartridges until a specified time? Thank you. ... just been charged £70.49 as my final payment!!
