I have an account with HP Instant Ink but the colour cartridge (64/303) has stopped working. "Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed". My printer's firmware is up to date, the cartridge is installed properly, I have gone through the cleaning process and discharged the printer. After discharging it will print in colour one page, then repeats the error message.

Appreciate you trying the steps. Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
