Hi there,
I live in Switzerland. Today I received my black Ink cartridge in the post, however I have been charged CHF 8 for customs tax. This has never happened before, usually we just receive delivery without any custom tax added.
Has this happened to anybody else living in Switzerland, and if so how did you deal with it in order to get your money back?
I am thinking of closing my Instant Ink account with HP, as I already pay for a service, and I do not want to be charged extra money to receive my ink cartridges.
