Why do I have to log in to Instant Ink again to download an invoice after I have already logged in to my Instant Ink account?

Hi @JRC1948, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

HP Instant Ink requires a separate login when downloading an invoice due to additional security measures. Even though you are logged into your account, accessing billing-related information, such as invoices, may require re-authentication to protect sensitive financial data.

This extra step helps prevent unauthorized access in case someone gains access to your account while you are logged in.

Please follow these steps to download the invoice,

Sign into your Instant Ink account.

Click HP Instant Ink , then Print and Payment History in the left menu, then expand the Print and Payment History section.

Select the desired date, and then click Download for a specific bill, or Download All Invoices.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
