Good morning!
I'm trying to activate our 3 months free trial instant ink program. However, when setting up the printer, I don't have the offer/code to include.
How can I get the code to get the free trial?
Thank you.

When you sign up for an HP Instant Ink plan, you pay a monthly fee to print a defined number of pages per month. The plans are based on the number of pages that you print, not on how many ink cartridges you use.
For 300-pages, you can roll-over up to 600-pages.
You will not only get cartridges when your printer tells us you need them. HP Instant Ink cartridges are extra high capacity, and they contain months-worth of ink depending on your usage.
The printer is enrolled but the account is not activated yet. It will be activated on the date you install the ink cartridges sent by us. For example, if you install the ink on the 17th of Jun, your next billing cycle will be 17th of Jul.
To know more, refer to the FAQ page.
Hope this answers your questions 🙂

Hey there! @Damien7592,
Please share a picture of the 3-month free trial. So we can credit you the free months to your account.
When you buy a new printer and set it up either at 123.hp.com or using the HP Smart app, you are offered a free trial of Instant Ink.
The number of free months depends on the offer at the time and the country of enrollment.
You must take advantage of this offer within 7 days. There is no special code and the free months are automatically applied to your account. After 7 days, the free trial offer expires.
To confirm that you received your free months:
Check the message on the Confirmation page just before you enroll, or sign into your account page at Instantink.com and find the free months under My Account > My Plan.
Free trial months are not offered when you sign up at Instantink.com – only at 123.hp.com and the HP Smart app.
Remember to take advantage of the free trial offer while you are setting up your printer!
Also, share us few details through a private message. So I can check the account details and help you with the issue.

Thanks for sharing the email address. However, I don't see you have enrolled the printer in the instant ink services.
Please enroll the printer first to avail the trail.

Hi @Damien7592
Did you complete the billing information? A card information is required to complete the enrollment process. As you have 3-free months, you'll not be charged unless you print more than your plan.
Please complete the enrollment and let us know here.
Thanks!
