HI

 

Two questions i would be grateful for an answer to please.

 

I enrolled for instant ink and received an email a number of days later to advise that HP couldn't supply the ink due to covid and i was to be given 3 months free before package started. I have since received ink and installed in printer and then just a few days ago received more ink however the ink installed has hardly been used. So i have ink installed and more ink as a standby....is this correct?

 

I bought the printer with a 5 month free trial from currys but cannot see anyway of activating this?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

You would have received the Instant Ink welcome kit and once more set of Instant Ink cartridges so that you can use it when the welcome kit cartridges are empty. In other terms, as a standby.

 

As the issue is related to Instant Ink free months, I need more information to help you out.

 

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.
