I have had enough with the several issues with the HP instant ink plan this month.  First they starting partially blocking my printing because first, it kept saying that my printer wasn’t connected to HP web services,which is was connected and always has been, I even had my router print out stating that. Second,last week  I started getting emails and notifications that my monthly instant ink plan payment didn’t go through this month. Well, there was absolutely no reason for the payment to not go through. Payment method wasn’t changed,money is always there,every single month. Then I discovered that my 150 rollover pages were gone this month.

Customer service is useless, as I called last year to complain about their xl ink cartridges,and that the ink is such poor quality,that I can no longer print photos anymore. They sent me more ink, but it was the same outcome. I was printing really nice  photos before with my printer and their ink with no problem .

So, I decided to cancel my instant ink plan this week,since I can barely print anything anymore.

I noticed on my HP account, that you can’t remove your payment method,only change it. So, even after you cancel your ink plan, they can still have access to your money?? 

Judging by all these recent complaints on this forum, HP is going to lose a lot of customers,unless they fix all these issues asap. It is kinda sad because when I first enrolled with the instant ink ,it was great.

I understand you are facing multiple issues with your instant ink service.

 

Follow the isntructions to remove the payment information-

 

Click the View Account button to go to your HP Instant Ink account. The page contains many tools and features: Click Change Shipping Information or Change Billing Information in the My Account section and remove the card details

 

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
