Hi,

I am an instant ink subscriber and just recently the cartridges I receive now say 64/303/804, they used to only say 64/303.

These new black cartridges do not work. Color is fine. The printer says, "The indicated cartridges are communicating properly with the printer."

 

I have made sure the printer is up to date, cleaned the connectors, and done basically every troubleshooting option I could find on this forum. If I go back to an old cartridge that says 64/303, it works no problem. I can't find a way to contact a live agent, the virtual assistant is no help. I have 4 useless black ink cartridges and only have a little ink left in the old 64/303 cartridge. 

 

If someone could tell me what to do or send me the 64/303 version of the black ink cartridge it would be greatly appreciated.
