HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer

I have an HP DeskJet 2755e that is connected to Wi-Fi and has HP Instant Ink cartridges installed.

I performed a factory reset, reconnected the printer, canceled my previous Instant Ink subscription, and successfully created a new subscription.

My HP account confirms I'm enrolled, but the cartridge status says "Your service hasn't started yet." The printer's Embedded Web Server recognizes both Instant Ink cartridges but says "Please complete HP Instant Ink enrollment."

I've already spent hours troubleshooting, including working with HP phone support. I need this escalated to someone who can investigate the printer's Instant Ink activation and subscription registration on HP's side, rather than repeating the standard reset and setup steps.

Please also check whether my existing Instant Ink cartridges can be activated under the new subscription or need to be replaced.

Only unused/Sealed cartridge can be transferred from the old printer to the new one and they may work only if you officially transfer your Instant Ink subscription to the new printer's serial number through your online account first.
