@Papa12345, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It looks like your printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink, which requires special Instant Ink cartridges. If you inserted standard cartridges instead of the ones provided by the HP Instant Ink program, the printer will not accept them.

Try These Steps:

  1. Check Cartridge Type – Make sure you are using HP Instant Ink cartridges, not regular ones.
  2. Reconnect to HP Instant Ink Service – Ensure your printer is connected to the internet so it can verify your subscription.
  3. Restart Your Printer – Power off the printer, unplug it for 60 seconds, then turn it back on.
  4. Check Your HP Instant Ink Subscription – Log in to HP Instant Ink and see if there’s a billing or account issue.
  5. Reinstall Cartridges – Remove the cartridges, clean the chip with a dry lint-free cloth, and reinstall them.
  6. Run a Printer Reset

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
