I didn't print much for the last year or so and have accumulated ~100+ (or 150+) rollover pages last time when I checked. I printed some documents today, and just found out that all rollover pages disappeared, and HP charges me extra 17 additional pages. I tried virtual agent which keeps go circles with no help at all.  Where are my rollover pages??????!  !!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!! !  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!! !!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi @Whowillbe,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I'd like to help!

When you downgrade your instant ink plan, your plan automatically changes on the first day of the next billing cycle. Your rollover maximum changes with your new plan, so you may lose accumulated rollover pages in excess of your new plan maximum.

Hope this helps!
