This seems to be a regular question, I am surprised there has been no easy fix yet.

 

Like many I started the HP Instant Ink in the US for my printer there (Envy). I have since moved to New Zealand and bought a new HP OfficeJet Pro 9010E (bought in NZ). However I cannot change regions from the US to NZ (where I now live). Virtual Assistant is no help. I do not want to have to create a whole new account for another printer. Workable ideas? I have exhausted the Virtual Assistant, it is more frustrating than helpful.

You'll have to create a new Instant account in NZ and enroll the Printer.
