HP Envy 5032
I have unsubscribed from Instant Ink and removed the instant ink cartridges and replaced these with HP cartridges purchased direct from HP.
My printer is telling me (correctly) that the cartridges are not Instant Ink and that because I am enrolled in Instant Ink (I AM NOT) that it can't print!
Tried connecting and updating the printer many times but still not luck.
I cancelled Instant Ink in September last year and this problem has only just started.
If you're reading this you're probably as frustrated with HP as I am, but by now you will know how utter **bleep**e their support and printers are and wished you'd never brought one!
Thanks in advance for any advice.

To overcome this issue I rest the printer to factory default and reconnected to our home network.

@KevFox, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I see that you are not able to print using regular HP ink cartridges. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Log in to your Instant Ink account and check if the printer is removed/deleted. Make sure the printer is not enrolled any more.
Even if the printer is enrolled, you should still be able to print using regular HP inks.
Check if both the ink cartridges are non-Instant Ink cartridges.
