I’ve been sent a cartridge as my old one has run out but it doesn’t seem to fit, the cartridge is too long and cannot be pushed in as the old one is smaller and first perfectly. I feel as if this is a waste of money so please can you resolve this asap as I need black ink (305) in the right size.
