When prompted to replace the black cartridge to a new one, error messaged popped us saying that the instant ink replacement I put in was not compatible with my printer. I have since gone on the virtual chat and tried everything from the steps provided but nothing worked. Luckily I have a spare (non-instant ink) XL cartridge that I’ve currently put in since I really need to print B&W documents but this then halts my instant ink subscription until the error is solved.
Is it somehow possible to get a replacement cartridge?
