We signed up for the monthly service. We moved addresses but were unable to update our address with HP. We tried to login online but every time we tried the website would just refresh to the login homepage. We tried logging in multiple times across several months with different browsers and on a Mac and a PC. We tried the customer chat function but it said chat was only available from 9am to 9pm ET. We were trying the chat during that time window but it still didn't work.
We tried calling customer service. Customer service remotely logged into our computer but wasn't able to solve the login problem or change our mailing address. Customer service said they would follow-up and call us back but never did. We tried customer service again and got disconnected when we asked for the service to be terminated.
HP does not deliver ink. In over a year of paying a monthly fee we never received ink from them. HP also doesn't allow you to log in to your account or use Chat and customer service isn't able to help. It's a 1000% scam.
