Feedback:
The AI support agent spent significant time running through irrelevant manual firmware troubleshooting steps. Because my printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink, manual firmware adjustments are locked out by default.
The AI’s decision tree needs to be updated immediately. The AI must ask if the printer is connected to Instant Ink before suggesting any firmware or system setting updates. Fixing this logic will prevent the AI from wasting customers' time with impossible fixes. I was pleased after to have received the info, but it took an hour.

Thank you for taking the time of reply. I should have mentioned when I called HP support the AI Sage gave me the runaround of troubleshooting, but then at the end I mentioned I was enrolled in instant ink, and then it became apparent with the correct answer, but for future it would be efficient, if the AI model knew in situations like HP printers and HP instant ink, that certain services can lock down certain features, it should mention that first. So the person could reply back, stating that they are enrolled. Thanks for your help, I will also pass it on to the feedback chanel fir ChatGpt, because ChatGpt was consistently unsure.
