I have used Instant Ink on a new OfficeJet 9018 for about 6 weeks. I have successfully printed to it from Windows 10, iMac Yosemite, and an Android phone. I am getting a notification in my Instant Ink account that the printer is offline, and if I select "Sync Now" it doesn't work. I ran the HP Print and Scan doctor and it connected without difficulty from Windows.
I ran the HP Smart app and attempted to print the Web Services info page but nothing printed. The page also failed to print using the printer control panel.
In spite of this, the page count on the Instant Ink print history seems to be updating periodically.
Is anyone else having these issues?
