Product: HP ENVY 6432e All-in-One Printer

I send print jobs to my printer which dont even start never mind fail but show up in my page count.

Yesterday i tried to print and eventually got two pages from my printer but the count shows I printed six, four of those pages failed, not even a paper feed, how can this be corrected or managed, my printer often needs to be restarted to initiate a print job even though it is visible and shows online
