Hi,
I bought a cheap printer and signed up for an instant ink trial.
Used the printer once in August and haven't used it for 2 months as I was overseas. I know for sure I signed up for an instant ink trial but I have logged in to all of the email addresses I have and only one works however when i go to HP Smart it tells me the following even though I am signed in to the only account that has a registered email address. This printer is enrolled in
Instant Ink
Sign in to the HP account that was used to enroll this printer in Instant Ink to access all your account info right here!
I have done a password reset for all email addresses I have but none are registered.
There's no email or phone for HP support that I can see so I was hoping someone could advise me about how stupid I'm probably being 🙂
