I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8028e printer. I've had the printer setup for almost 6 months now and printing just fine. I just enrolled in an Instant Ink plan. Now I keep getting a message of "Just one last step. We need to connect your printer to HP Instant Ink". I've tried both the mobile device option and the "use this computer" option but both options just keep circling me back to the HR Smart App and back to this "Just one last step..." window. My printer is setup and connected to the same network as my mobile phone and my computer. I've also done resets to the printer by turning off and back on and reset network settings on printer. How can I tell if my printer is connected to Instant Ink? How do I fix this issue and connect my printer to Instant Ink? Or do I get this message even if my printer IS connected to Instant Ink?

To check if the printer is enrolled already in the instant ink program, I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted.
Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.
