I have been using this printer and HP Instant Ink for 2 years. This month, HP Instant Ink shipped me the wrong toner cartridge. I am certain it is wrong. It has the wrong part number, looks nothing like my last cartridge and will not fit. My printer uses 141A cartridges and this cartridge box says it is for HP Laserjet Pro 3000 series and MFP 3102. I have a Laser Jet MFP M140we. I need the proper toner cartridge. In addition, I had to buy a cartridge from Staples so I could use the printer, and HP Smart printing says I am using an unauthorized cartridge. It was bought from Staples and is a genuine HP product. Now Instant Ink says I am not using a valid product and it is not counting towards my Instant Ink account.
I need the correct cartridge to be shipped to me asap, and I need to know why your software doesn't consider a genuine HP toner cartridge to apply toward Instant Ink.

The correct toner cartridge for my MFP M140we Laser Jet printer is 141/142. You shipped me a 138/139 cartridge. I need the correct cartridge to be shipped to me. If there is a way for me to return this incorrect cartridge without having to pay shipping, let me know.
