I have an HP Instant Ink subscription. I just installed an ink cartridge that they provided through my subscription. Then they sent me an email titled "Action Needed: Cartridge Issue" that accuses me of installing a store-bought cartridge in my HP printer. Consequently, "HP Instant Ink can not monitor your ink levels and ship you more ink when you're running low if you have store-bought cartridges installed." I can't find a way to let them know this has happened, and that it's not the first time. This has been a recurring problem. Anyone have a phone number to speak to an actual human without paying $99 for the privilege?
