HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

upon installing my very 1st HP Instant ink cartridges and auto printing a test/alignment page my printer is now showing....

The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed.
Error Code: 0xc19a0003

My printer has been working perfectly fine for years (since purchased) with Shop bought cartridges and had just completed a 200 page print when it advised me that my ink was now low and i should replace as soon as possible.
I had recently signed up for HP Instant Ink at the recommendation of a freind, so i did and had my 1st set of cartridges ready to install.

At this point i installed all 4 Instant Ink cartridges, it printed a test/alignment page with lots of red & black dashes finishing with the little coloured bird. once this completed it then did lots of dings and showed the error on screen, now my printer no longer works.
I know 100% my printer was not faulty UNTILL these new cartridges were installed.....

My printer is many years out of warranty, but now Instant ink has BROKE IT.....

What are you going to do about it ??????
I totally REGRET signing up for HP KILLER INK.

All suggested troubleshooting failed to fix my issue.

My printer has been working faultlessly for years but as soon as i replaced my low ink cartridge with instant ink the printhead error occured.

If i take the printhead out of my printer the unit can be used for all other operations ie scanning etc so i know 100% the cartridges have caused my printhead error.

The printer is out of warranty, the suggestion by HP phone support to "Buy a new printer" is absolutely absurd.

These instant ink cartridge have killed it thus under UK tranding standards legislation it makes HP responsible for the fault AND repair.
