HP MOBILE FAX DOES NOT WORK

HI my HP mobile fax not upload to fax them please try to help me resolve it because i am looking

I understand that you're trying to use HP Mobile Fax, but the document is not uploading/attaching when you try to send the fax. I'll be glad to help you with this.

Before we proceed, could you please confirm:

• Are you using Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS?
• Are you using the HP app or HP Smart?
• What type of file are you trying to upload?
• What happens when you select the file? Does it keep loading, return to the previous screen, or display an error message/code?
• Does the problem occur with every document or only one particular file?

In the meantime, please try the following:

1. Open the HP app and sign in to your HP account.
2. Open Mobile Fax.
3. Select Compose Fax.
4. Enter the recipient information in the To field.
5. Select Files and Cover Page.
6. Under Add Your Files, select Files & Photos, and then select the document you want to fax.
7. Once the document has been added successfully, review it and select Send Fax.

Please note that HP Mobile Fax supports multiple PDF files up to 50 pages or 20 MB, and the files must be in portrait orientation.

If the document still does not upload, please tell us the device/operating system, app being used, file type and size, and the exact error message, if one appears. We can then narrow this down further.

Please also keep in mind that Mobile Fax is for sending faxes and does not support receiving faxes, and availability can vary by country/region and printer model.
