Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We are on board a ship and we have a printer HP Office Jet Pro 7720 using Cartridge 852XL, now we received Cartidge 953Xl which in the website says that is compatible for this printer. when we tried to install one cartridge it pop up the error: The indicated cartridges (953 XL) are not intended for use in this printer.

we would like to know if there is any way to let the printer to accept the cartridge 953XL
