Recently, I installed a black cartridge that I received through the Instant Ink program. It printed just fine the first few times, but now I keep receiving the "Ink Cartridge Problem: Remove and Reinstall" message. I have removed and reinstalled the black cartridge, cleaned it, disconnected the power cord to the printer and waited 60 s and reconnected. Nothing has helped. This is very frustrating. Does this mean the cartridge needs to be replaced? I'm on the Instant Ink program.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
