We recently cancelled the ink subscription, and now the printer is not printing. When power cycling the printer, it gives an error message of SETUP INCOMPLETE. The option to perform a factory reset is not there. I need some help before I throw this printer against the wall.

Subscription was cancelled last week 2/20/2024
Is it true that the ink cartridges I have from the subscription has been disabled and will no longer work. I need to go and buy new ink cartridges?
Why wouldn't printer provide those details in an error message?
Right now it's saying my "SETUP INCOMPLETE".

If the ink sent as part of the subscription has intelligence to stop working when the subscription is cancelled is very much unethical. I would like to hear from HP on this, as this is impacting a critical work day. Thankfully we have a great Kyocera printer as a backup. I am thinking we get rid of this printer due to all of these troubles.
