When I login to HP Smart, it will let me login and use the site. However, if I click on anything in the HP Instant Ink menu, it spins for a few seconds, then sends me back to the login screen. I've tried on the iOS app, Firefox and Chrome desktop sites on a Windows machine so far, same issue. I cannot get ink and now my printer is almost out because before this I also had the 'there's been an error' issue and haven't been able to login in like a year.

I am having a similar issue in that I can log in to my account for a split second, but before I even get a chance to click on anything, it's kicking me back to the login screen. This is happening both on Windows and iOS. I need to be able to change my plan, but I can't even get as far as seeing what my current plan is!
