I am trying to find the WPS PIN on my direct 08 HP smart tank plus 550 printer. It is not on my printer

Check the Printer Control Panel:

• On the printer's LCD screen, look for an option called Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) under the Wireless or Network settings.
• Select WPS PIN and the printer should display a 8-digit PIN on the screen.

Check the Printer Label:

• Some HP printers have the WPS PIN printed on a label (usually on the back, bottom, or inside the ink cartridge compartment).

Print a Network Configuration Page:

• Press and hold the Information (i) button on your printer for 3–5 seconds until the Network Configuration Page prints.
• Look for the WPS PIN on this page.

Restart the WPS Setup Process:

• If you don’t see the PIN, try restarting the WPS setup from the Wi-Fi or Wireless settings on the printer.

Alternative: Use WPS Push Button Method (If Available)

• If your router supports the WPS Push Button method, press the WPS button on the router, then press the Wireless button on the printer to connect without a PIN.
